Terms of Service for Needs Reply

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Needs Reply (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Needs Reply is a Chrome extension designed to help users organize Gmail conversations by follow-up status (for example: Needs Reply, Waiting, Done).

The Service works by accessing limited Gmail data and displaying it within the extension interface.

3. Privacy and Google API Data Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is accessed, processed, and stored.

Needs Reply’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service.

5. Beta Status and Service Availability

features may change or be removed at any time;
bugs, errors, or data loss may occur;
availability and performance are not guaranteed.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Updates and Changes

The Service may update automatically without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain any specific functionality.

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the Service for unlawful purposes;
interfere with Gmail or Google systems;
reverse engineer or misuse the Service;
violate Google’s terms or policies.

8. Google Account Access and OAuth

OAuth 2.0 is used to access Gmail;
we never access your Google password;
access can be revoked via Google settings.

9. Data Storage and Local Processing

Email-related data is processed locally in your browser. Some data may be stored locally to enable functionality.

10. Paid Features (Future)

Paid features may be introduced in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed in advance.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service are owned by SYNYTSIA OLEKSANDR.

12. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Business Use

Businesses using the Service assume responsibility for its use.

15. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service by uninstalling it at any time.

17. Changes to These Terms

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
